Hi!
We are working on zineS, a calendar (wow cool), riso prints (we took a workshop it was so fun!), and at this very second, BAGS! We can do big, small, red, green, yellow, purple, you get the idea. If this weird something is something that interests you, you should get some! They're cheap and we'll print you as many as you want!!
Stay tuned for more~
ps- you'll see in on our fancy press page that we added FEDERAL BLUE to our slowly but ever-growing risograph color inventory. we are excited!
The Museum of Capitalism opens in Oakland this coming Saturday (June 17, 2017) in Jack London Square — a free museum imagining the end of the complex and oppressive economic system and ideology that governs the world most of us know.
Oakland-based artist Carrie Hott is on the roster of over 60 artists showing work in the pop-up. She will be leading a class titled Light That Elongated the Day, which will explore electricity, artificial light, and its relationship to work, sleep, and finance.
iP printed handouts for Carrie's workshop: digital, blue ink on tan vellum paper — they look great in the sunshine.
Riso is back to black
Another print job for local record label Digital Regress. Attraction by Santa Rosa hardcore crew RUT is due out shortly. Head to www.digitalregress.com for orders, streaming, and more.
We're very excited to be printing for our favorite Oakland lit mag, Oatmeal Magazine! Their latest features risographed blue ink / brown stock covers with pretty pink guts — 60 pages worth!
"Oatfeels: The Tender Issue" is the last from this wonderful crew but we look forward to reading and supporting all their continued individual work. Join them and us at their release party on May 20th at E.M. Wolfman.
"Oatmeal is the kind of friend who makes you tea and brings you chocolate and texts you, “you are my heart!” when you’re feeling sad, and Oatmeal is all about building self-confidence in artists and validating your feelings and making space for you to heal and thrive and share your heart and make friends. And it’s about having fun and nourishing the world with some wonderful writers’ words."
San Francisco pop punk band The Total Betty's sought us out to print their tour zines! 8 pages cover to cover, stocked full of all their secrets. Be sure to pick one up at their album release on June 16.
